BEACH Program Update

On July 31, 2014, the beach at Burfoot County Park in Thurston County was reopened for water recreation. 

Contact with fecal contaminated waters can result in gastroenteritis, skin rashes, upper respiratory infections, and other illnesses. Children and the elderly may be more vulnerable to waterborne illnesses.
