Sometimes it's fun to add a really bright stripe of color to your cards. It makes such a striking statement against the white background don't you think?
Here's how I did it...
I started out by placing 2 pieces of washi tape on my card panel. I used the grid ruler to make sure they were straight.
Next I took my sponge daubers and an assortment of Memento Dye Inks and added some here and there.
For this card I am using New Sprout (green); Love Letter (red), Angel Pink and Cantaloupe which corresponds to this month's challenge colors over at House of Cards July Challenge.
I then removed the tape, stamped my main image and a sentiment; edged the panel using Grey Flannel then mounted it on the pink card base.
Supplies:
ClubScrap.com - cardstock
Just For Fun Rubber Stamps - Script Stamp
Unity Stamp Co - Flower & sentiment stamps
IMAGINE Crafts featuring Tsukineko - Memento Dye Inks, Sponge Daubers
Washi Tape

Oh so easy with amazing results every time! The best part of it is you can change the colors to match your theme, a season, holiday, etc.
